防止暈車的方法

出門遊玩不掃興,分享幾種防暈車的方法!!

容易暈車的你,乘車時應注意:
1.出遊前一晚應有充份且足夠的睡眠。
2.一定要吃點東西,不要讓胃空著,但儘量避免不易消化、油膩及刺激的食物,如蛋、咖啡等。
3.喝加醋的水,或含檸檬,可以改善想吐及頭暈的狀況。
4.儘量穿著寬鬆的服飾。
5.搭乘遊覽時儘量坐在巴士的前座,輪胎上方的位置則應避免。
6.行程中不要看書或雜誌,儘量看遠方的風景。
7.克服心理障礙放鬆自己與人聊天或唱歌。
8.利用痛覺妨礙暈車訊息送到大腦,可以咬手指或捏大腿等等。
